| Appearance: |

Medium to large sized, round stone fruit with soft, velvety skin. Yellow varieties have golden yellow interior flesh that is darker red around the seed with golden skins that blush orange-red. White varieties have white interior flesh, also red around the seed, with white skins that blush pink-red. Early varieties are clingstone. Later varieties are freestone. |

Extremely sweet and juicy, ripe peaches have a soft, melting texture and lightly fibrous flesh. White varieties have a delicately sweet flavor, while yellow varieties are more tangy-sweet. |
