Fernando Caudillo
North American Operations & Quality Control Manager

As North American Operations & Quality Control Manager, Fernando Caudillo is responsible for our company's quality control and operations systems and initiatives.

With his home office in Los Angeles, CA, Fernando is bilingual in Spanish and English and has worked with our company in positions of increasing responsibility since 1988. His first position with Oppenheimer was as operations/quality control inspector in our San Pedro, Long Beach and Coachella cold-storage facilities. He then moved to Visalia to work in sales for two years, transferring to Los Angeles in 1993 to become West Coast quality control manager.

Fernando became grower relations manager in late 2003. He served in that role through 2005 working as the primary liaison between our Mexican and South American grower groups, our procurement office in Santiago, Chile, and Oppenheimer sales offices in North America. He was tapped to become our operations and quality control manager for North America in November 2005.

Fernando has a bachelor's of science degree in agriculture business from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo.
